1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Carson Wireless services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Carson Wireless provides eSIM-based mobile wireless services operating on the AT&T network. Services include voice, text, and data plans as described on our Plans page.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Carson Wireless is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
4. Acceptable Use
Our services may not be used for illegal activities, spam, network abuse, or any activity that disrupts our network or other users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies.
5. Billing & Payments
Postpaid plans are billed monthly. Prepaid plans are charged at purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
6. Network Management
During periods of network congestion, data speeds may be temporarily reduced. This applies particularly to customers who have used significant amounts of data in a billing cycle.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your eSIM will be deactivated and your number may be released after 60 days of inactivity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Carson Wireless is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
